Julia Raish

Julia Raish is currently the Global Lead for Sustainable Buildings at Amazon, where they focus on innovative solutions for environmental sustainability. They also serve as an instructor in the Clean Energy Technology Program at Shoreline Community College. Previously, Julia held several roles, including Director at Paladino and Company and Associate Principal at ZGF Architects. Their early experience includes working as a Research & Development professional at Earthjustice Legal Defense Fund and an Environmental Designer at the Ecosystem Design Group. Julia earned two master's degrees in Urban + Environmental Planning and Sustainable Design from The University of Texas at Austin and holds a B.A. in Environmental Science, Sociology, and Spanish from Trinity College-Hartford.
