Julie Bryan

Julie Bryan, JD, AWI-CH, is the Founder and Principal of Waypoint Workplace Investigations, dedicated to assisting organizations with workplace issues through impartial investigations and consulting. With over 20 years of experience in business litigation and more than a decade in workplace investigations, they have conducted over 400 investigations addressing a range of concerns, including discrimination and harassment. Julie has also served as a faculty member at the Association of Workplace Investigators, developing training programs and enhancing workplace cultures across various industries. Prior to founding Waypoint, they held significant roles at several law firms and Amazon, where they specialized in complex investigations and employee relations. Julie obtained their JD from the University of Chicago Law School and holds a BA in English and Theater from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
