Justin Gapper is a senior leader in applied machine learning and decision science with over 16 years of experience. Currently, Justin serves as the Head of Amazon FinTech Science and Engineering, leading a team of 30 in the development of machine learning models and competitive pricing strategies. Additionally, Justin is a Clinical Professor at the Albers School of Business and Economics, teaching Mathematical Modeling and Business Analytics. Previously, Justin held various leadership roles, including Chief Data Scientist and Co-Founder at Nichilla, LLC, and Senior Manager of Data and Applied Science at Microsoft. Justin is also pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in Computational and Data Science at Chapman University, along with other advanced degrees.
