Justina Lee O’Connell has extensive experience in finance and management across various prominent organizations. They began their career at KPMG as an Associate in Advisory Services, where they made significant contributions to financial analysis and compliance. Justina advanced to a Senior Associate role, identifying fraudulent activities and managing client relations. They later joined Mattel as a Senior Financial Analyst before transitioning to Amazon, where they currently serve as Chief of Staff for US Home & Lifestyle and Canada. Justina holds an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor of Science from Penn State University.
