Kailey Ruggirello

Kailey Ruggirello has held various leadership roles in operations and sales, serving as a Site Lead at Amazon from 2024 and a Site Leader for Program Gryphon through 2025. Prior to these positions, Kailey was a Senior Operations Manager at Amazon and had experience as a Store Sales Manager at Charming Shoppes and Luxottica Retail. Kailey began their career as a Sales Associate at Famous Footwear and gained valuable experience as a Marketing and Public Relations Intern at Gratiot Medical Center. Kailey holds a BA in Business Administration from Alma College and an MBA from Georgia Southern University.
