Kaitlyn Cashell has extensive experience in the pharmaceutical field, starting as a Pharmacy Intern at RITE AID from April 2012 to June 2017, where foundational skills in pharmacy practice were developed. Following several internships, including at HealthSouth, PharMerica, and Martha's Vineyard Hospital, Kaitlyn gained valuable insights into inpatient and long-term care pharmacy. Kaitlyn served as a Pharmacist at Walgreens from July 2017 to 2018 and transitioned to the role of Clinical Pharmacist at Dartmouth-Hitchcock from December 2021 to August 2023, where responsibilities included supervision and clinical services.
