Kamrul Islam is a Global Technology Program Lead with over 20 years of transformation expertise in the financial services sector. Currently serving as a Senior Manager at Amazon, Kamrul oversees global labor planning for Last Mile Logistics and leads high-impact technology initiatives within AWS. Previously, Kamrul held various leadership roles at Credit Suisse, where they managed critical regulatory technology programs and enhanced client engagement through strategic IT solutions. Kamrul began their career as a consultant at Electronic Data Systems and later worked as a BPR Project Manager at Citi, demonstrating a consistent track record of delivering operational efficiency. Kamrul is pursuing a BSc Honours in Computer Systems Technology at the University of Westminster.
