Kaoru Ema

Kaoru Ema is currently a Program Manager on the Organization Development Team at Amazon, where they focus on personnel management, recruitment, manager training, and improving engagement. From 2016 to 2021, they served as a Manager in the Recruiting and Training Department at 株式会社TASAKI, overseeing both new and mid-career recruitment efforts. In 2015, Kaoru completed an internship with the HR department at ウォルトディズニージャパン, where they participated in a short-term exchange program and contributed to the development of new HR policies. Kaoru earned a Master's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Business Statistics from 慶応義塾大学　大学院 in 2016.
