Karen Eng is a seasoned HR leader with over 10 years of experience in diverse organizational settings, from small companies to multinational corporations. Currently serving as an HR Regional Partner at Amazon, Karen provides expert consultative partnership to business leaders, focusing on talent development and organizational design. Previously, Karen held roles such as HR Manager at IFS and Human Resources Advisor II at MDA, where they partnered with senior leaders to align HR strategies with business goals. Karen is designated as a CPHR and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from The University of British Columbia and a diploma in HR Management from the British Columbia Institute of Technology.
