Karla Torres

Karla Torres has extensive experience in community engagement and social impact initiatives, highlighted by a role as Head of Community Engagement for Amazon Devices & Services, where technology-driven partnerships expanded service reach from 10,000 to over 50,000 residents annually. As a founding member of Ring's community engagement team, Karla developed impactful strategies that significantly increased partnerships. Previous experience includes positions at Unite Us as Community Engagement Manager and at Microsoft as Community Development Specialist, managing strategic relationships that led to significant sales achievements. Karla's commitment to social equity is further demonstrated through a fellowship at Hispanas Organized for Political Equality and leadership roles at the University of Southern California. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Social Entrepreneurship from USC and a Bachelor of Science in Health Science from California State University, Long Beach.
