Karnbir Singh

Karnbir Singh has experience in operations management, having served as an Operations Management Intern at Unshelf Design, where responsibilities included developing a standard operating procedure document and utilizing business systems for project tracking. At Amazon, from April 2023 to April 2025, Karnbir held multiple roles, including Manager I and Manager II in Operations, as well as Operations Intern. Key achievements included managing a team of over 50 associates in a Robotics sortable fulfillment center, facilitating the fulfillment of over 150,000 customer orders per shift, and leading safety continuous improvement initiatives. Karnbir holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Supply Chain Management from the University of Calgary, earned between 2017 and 2022.
