Karsten Aagaard

Karsten Aagaard is currently a Senior Manager of Design Tech at Amazon, where they support prototyping innovation. They previously worked at Microsoft, where they held various roles including Principal Modelmaker and Product Developer, contributing to the quality and efficiency of prototyping operations. Before Microsoft, Karsten gained experience at Motorola Mobility, specializing in consumer products, and at Lake Forest Construction and Development as a Construction Foreman and Home Designer. They began their career at Uptrend Models, progressing from an apprentice to managing the Rapid Prototyping lab.
