Karunendra has a diverse background in management across various sectors, with experience spanning from June 2018 to the present. Karunendra served as a Department Manager at Decathlon Sports India from June 2018 to May 2022, then transitioned to roles as Store Manager at Zigly and Bharti Airtel, before becoming a Shift Manager at Lidl GB, where employment continues until March 2025. Currently, Karunendra holds the position of Area Manager at Amazon, having started in December 2025.
