Katarina Matayoshi

Katarina Matayoshi is a Senior Associate at Sultan Ventures and the Program Director at XLR8HI, Hawaii's entrepreneurship center, with over nine years of experience in venture capital and innovation. Throughout their career, they have led strategic initiatives that support local founders and business owners, notably launching several nationally recognized programs such as XLR8UH and preX. They have helped over 100 businesses in Hawaii access vital resources, while also mentoring K-12 and college students, as well as minority entrepreneurs. Currently, they pursue a Bachelor of Business Administration with dual majors in Finance and International Business at the University of Hawaii at Manoa.
