Kate Hilton

Kate Hilton is a Senior Process Engineer with a diverse background in various roles ranging from mentoring to kitchen staff. They began their career as a Student Worker and Geography Ambassador at the University of Liverpool, where they developed strong communication and teamwork skills. Following that, Kate worked as a Senior Mentor for the National Citizen Service, encouraging young people to achieve their goals. They gained significant experience in leadership and management in their roles at Amazon, where they currently hold the position of Senior Process Engineer. Kate holds a Bachelor's Degree in Geography from the University of Liverpool and a Master's in International Development from the University of Edinburgh.
