Katelyn Sweeney

Katelyn Sweeney is a Technical Product Manager at Amazon since April 2025, with prior experience as a Senior Partnerships Manager and Partnerships Lead for Starlink Direct to Cell at SpaceX, where New Zealand became the first country to offer nationwide direct-to-smartphone Starlink service. Earlier roles include Graduate Venture Fellow at The Engine, where Katelyn analyzed the space industry to support startups, and Graduate Intern in Engineering Program Management at Apple, focusing on project delivery and coordination. Katelyn originally served as Lead Mechanical Engineer at a stealth aerospace startup, now known as E-Space, concentrating on Computer-Aided Design and manufacturing. Katelyn holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Master of Science in Engineering from Harvard University.
