Kathi Withun is a Senior Strategic Supply Chain Manager on the Global Supplier Management Team at Amazon. With over 15 years of experience in manufacturing management within the chemical and food & beverage industries, Kathi has trained and led continuous improvement teams nationally and is a Six Sigma Green Belt. They have effectively managed capital improvement initiatives, launched new product lines, and developed Excel-based tools for equipment data analysis and inventory control. Previously, Kathi held various roles at companies including The J.M. Smucker Company, Valspar, Kroger, and FRITO LAY, contributing significantly to operations and production management.
