Kathleen Smith

Kathleen Smith has diverse experience in human resources and disability services, most recently as a leader within Amazon's Disability and Leave Services. Previously, they held roles such as a Senior Leave of Absence Case Manager at Xerox, where they managed compliance for ADA requests and developed training for leadership, and as a Global Accommodations Optimization Leader at Amazon, focused on equitable employment experiences. Kathleen began their career at Zale Corporation as a Benefits Analyst and has worked with various organizations, enhancing employee relations and benefit programs. They obtained their education at The University of Dallas from 1990 to 1993.
