Kathy Kha

Kathy Kha is currently a Pricing Manager at Amazon for Project Kuiper and previously worked as a Senior Professional Staff member in the Space Exploration Sector at The Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory (APL) since 2018. At APL, they served as the subject matter expert in parametric cost analysis for space missions, leading various cost estimations including those for NASA proposals. Kathy's earlier experience includes consulting roles at Booz Allen Hamilton and Galorath Incorporated, where they provided cost estimates and program management support for NASA mission initiatives. They hold a doctorate in engineering from The Johns Hopkins University, a master’s degree in Systems Engineering from the University of Southern California, and a bachelor’s degree in Applied Mathematics from the University of California - San Diego.
