Katie Bach is a seasoned product manager and strategist currently serving as a Sr Principal Product Manager in Tech at Amazon. Previously, Katie co-led day-to-day operations as the CFO and Head of Strategy at &pizza, and served as Managing Director at the Good Jobs Institute, where they focused on enhancing job quality and productivity for frontline workers. Katie has also held leadership roles at Starbucks as Director of Global Strategy and at McKinsey & Company, where they dedicated efforts to youth employment initiatives. An expert in labor market outcomes, Katie is a Nonresident Senior Fellow at The Brookings Institution, specializing in the economic impact of Long Covid.
