Katja Wilhelm is a seasoned Senior HR Leader with over 25 years of experience, currently serving as a Senior Manager in People eXperience and Technology at Amazon in Europe Customer Fulfillment. Previously, Katja has held various senior management roles at Amazon, including positions in talent acquisition and employee relations. Katja's earlier career includes significant positions at BVL International and Allbecon AG, where they managed teams and oversaw international recruitment efforts.
