Katy Brown

Katy Brown, MBA, SPHR, has built a diverse career in human resources and insurance over the years. They began as a Licensed Producer at State Farm and later worked as an Agent for Farmers Insurance and Financial Services. Katy transitioned into human resources roles, serving as an HR Specialist at Black Turtle Services and as a District Human Resources Manager at American Preparatory Academy. Currently, they are a Human Resources Business Partner at Amazon. Katy earned a Bachelor of Science in International Studies from the University of Utah and a Master of Business Administration from Southern Utah University, while pursuing an Associate of Science in General Studies at Salt Lake Community College.
