Kaylyn Nelson has a diverse background in security and operations management, beginning with service in the United States Air Force as a Security Force from April 2013 to October 2019. Following military service, Kaylyn transitioned to Amazon, where roles included Learning and Quality Operations Manager, Process Improvement Specialist, Area Manager, and Process Engineer from June 2024 to September 2025.
