Kenneth K. Yih, M.A. is a seasoned Senior Leader of Learning and Performance with extensive experience in capital markets and organizational development. They have served in various leadership roles, including Director of Global Education and Development at New York Life Investments and Director at Merrill Lynch’s Chief Investment Office, where they focused on talent management and leadership development. Additionally, Kenneth operated a private practice as an executive coach and contributed as a Senior Development Consultant at CCA Inc. They are currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Counseling at Fordham University.
