Kenneth Lynch is a senior customer experience executive with over 25 years of experience in operations. Currently serving as the Head of UK Customer Experience at Amazon, they lead initiatives focused on customer experience improvement and delivery insights. Previously, Kenneth held various managerial roles at Amazon and Dell, including Quality Assurance and Continuous Improvement Manager. Kenneth also gained engineering and manufacturing experience at Stryker and Boston Scientific. They hold a Master’s degree in Executive MBA and a Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering from the University of Limerick.
