Kenya Crawford is currently the Global Head of HR for Stores Security, focusing on AI and ML Security at Amazon, where they have worked since 2016 as an Executive Principal HRBP. Prior to joining Amazon, they owned and operated NICHE Consulting from 2006 to 2016, where they specialized in talent sourcing, recruiting, and implementing HR programs across various industries. Kenya is pursuing Bachelor’s degrees in English Language and Literature, as well as Political Science and Government at the University of Puget Sound, while also studying Paralegal Studies at the University of Washington.
