Keshav Rathi

Keshav Rathi has extensive experience in machine learning data processing and training management, having worked at Amazon from August 2017 to December 2019. Roles included Machine Learning Data Associate - I and II, where responsibilities involved transcribing, verifying, and annotating deliverables, and serving as a Subject Matter Expert. As a Senior Training Specialist, Keshav managed a team of trainers and collaborated with Operations to address training needs, while also achieving significant success in onboarding and training over 1500 associates as a Site Training Specialist. Prior to Amazon, Keshav worked as an Accounting Associate at M.K. Rathi & Co., analyzing financial statements and performing audits. Keshav holds a Postgraduate Degree in Business Administration from the Institute of Management Technology, a Bachelor's degree in Business/Commerce from Osmania University, and a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Liverpool John Moores University.
