Keshia Chaney

Keshia Chaney has extensive experience in retail and operations management, including significant roles at Target and Amazon. At Target, Keshia served as Store Team Lead and District Senior Director, leading high-volume stores and overseeing large teams while achieving notable sales growth and operational efficiencies. Keshia was the first woman to work in an overnight logistics process for Northwest stores, successfully implementing improvements that saved significant payroll hours. At Amazon, Keshia focused on optimizing grocery operations through technology integration and managing key processes to enhance performance. Additionally, Keshia has leadership experience with the Boys & Girls Clubs of King County and possesses a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Washington, along with a minor in African Studies from the University of Ghana.
