Kevin Haggard

Kevin Haggard, Ed.D, MSW, is a Global Learning & Development Leader with over 15 years of experience in corporate learning strategy, instructional design, and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) leadership. Currently serving as a Sr. Program Manager and LXD Manager at Amazon, Haggard has also held roles as an Adjunct Professor at Virginia State University and previously at Tennessee State University, where they coordinated the MSW program. With a passion for building inclusive learning environments and empowering future-ready teams, Haggard has made significant contributions across various sectors, including education and non-profits. Haggard is pursuing a Doctor of Education degree from Trevecca Nazarene University.
