Kevin Lam, MBA, has a diverse background in digital marketing and customer service. Experience includes a digital marketing internship at MemePR Limited, where Kevin performed market research, created content and landing pages, and engaged with online communities. Prior experience as a server at Number One Pho involved delivering exceptional hospitality, guiding guests through the menu, and mentoring new staff. Currently, Kevin serves as an Area Manager at Amazon. Kevin holds an Associate of Arts from Cuyahoga Community College, a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus in Finance from John Carroll University, and a Master of Business Administration from Cleveland State University.
