Kevin Yu has extensive experience in operations and management, having held various positions across multiple companies. At Concentrix, Kevin served as Transition Manager and Operations Manager, focusing on online store project management and HR shared services across multiple sites in China. Following this, Kevin worked at Genpact as Senior Manager of Operations, overseeing customer service and collections for a German automotive brand's financial leasing business. Previous roles include Team Manager at IBM and Security Officer/BCP/Local IT owner at HP. Kevin also served as Project & Operations Manager at Crediteyes Co., Ltd. and is currently the SPS Manager at Amazon. Kevin holds a Bachelor’s degree in Information Management from Northeast University.
