Kia Knox

Kia Knox, SPHR, MBA, currently serves as a Human Resources Manager at Amazon since May 2020, collaborating with the General Manager and operations team to oversee HR initiatives for a network of 10 sites with 600 to 1200 employees. Previously, Kia held positions as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner and Human Resources Business Partner at Cubic Corporation from April 2019 to May 2020, focusing on talent acquisition, change management, and performance management in the US and Canada markets. Prior experiences include serving as an HR Business Partner at Legrand, North America, supporting six Vice Presidents across various departments, and working at RLG International in a performance coaching role. Kia's earlier career includes military service as an Air National Guard and Navy Reserves Hospital Corpsman. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Global Business from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School and a B.A. in Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
