Kianna Jones

Kianna Jones, PHR, is a versatile leader specializing in program management, learning and development, and human resources. Currently serving as a Senior Operations Manager at Amazon, Kianna oversees a large team and is responsible for strategic planning and operational budgets. Kianna has held multiple managerial roles within Amazon, focusing on safety, performance, and employee development. Previously, Kianna worked as a Human Resource Generalist at the Center for Success and Beyond and as an After School Teacher at Appleton Learning. Kianna holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business from Alabama Agricultural and Mechanical University and is pursuing an Associate of Arts at Prairie State College.
