Kim Stone is an experienced leader with over 25 years in managing teams across various sectors, including a significant role at Amazon from 2015 to 2020, where they shaped talent management and employee engagement. As a founding member of multiple Amazon start-ups, Kim utilized data-driven insights to enhance employee experiences and community engagement. Prior to Amazon, Kim was the General Manager at NDI Group Inc from 1998 to 2007, overseeing a substantial workforce and managing key client relationships. Kim holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from Winthrop University, completed in 1997.
