Kim Welty

Kim Welty is a dynamic leader with extensive expertise in design operations management, marketing operations, and packaging. Currently serving on the Board of Directors for World Real Deal, Kim aims to facilitate self-development and empower under-served communities. Previous roles include Director of Marketing and Sales Operations at Niles Audio, where they led creative services and managed marketing campaigns, and Packaging EPM Leader at Google, driving sustainable packaging initiatives. Kim has also worked for esteemed companies like Apple, Monster Cable Products, and Logitech, contributing to strategic marketing and project management efforts. Kim is currently pursuing education at the College of Marin.
