Kory Wilcox is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in leadership and management roles. At Amazon, from July 2017 to November 2023, Kory served as a Human Resources Manager and later as Senior Manager of People eXperience and Technology, overseeing customer service teams across multiple countries in the Americas and beyond. Prior experience includes positions at GE Aviation as part of the Human Resources Leadership Program and as a Senior HR Business Partner in Digital Product Management & Commercial. Kory co-founded Olympus Building Group, where duties included serving as Operations General Manager from April 2003 to May 2011. Kory holds a Master of Industrial & Labor Relations from Cornell University and a Bachelor of Science degree from Brigham Young University - Idaho.
