Kristie Walker

Kristie Walker is the Head of Employee Relations at Amazon Australia, where they currently oversee employee relations initiatives. Previously, Kristie held several significant HR roles, including Vice President of Employee Relations APAC at JPMorgan Chase & Co. and Senior Human Resources Adviser at Queensland Rail. Kristie has a strong educational background, with a Master of Employment Relations from Griffith University and a Bachelor of Business in Human Resources from the University of Southern Queensland. Throughout their career, Kristie has managed complex investigations, provided strategic HR advice, and led large-scale organizational restructures.
