Kun Qian

Kun Qian is a Machine Learning Scientist specializing in LLM domain adaptation and post-training techniques. They earned a PhD in Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin and have developed algorithms for a variety of applications during their tenure as a Graduate Research Assistant. Kun's experience includes roles at Amazon, where they focused on LLM development and monetization for E-commerce, and Unity, where they currently lead GenAI research for gaming. They have also contributed to machine learning models at Facebook and conducted research on human resource allocation as a Research Intern.
