Kunal Shivam

Kunal Shivam is a seasoned professional with diverse experience in management and operational excellence. Currently serving as a Manager at Amazon since July 2022, Kunal develops strategies to combat third-party violations and enhance customer experiences through data-driven collaboration. Prior to Amazon, Kunal worked at Shadowfax where responsibilities included operational functions and process compliance. Additionally, Kunal held leadership roles in Toastmasters as President and Secretary, and completed a Management Trainee position at Arvind Lifestyle Brands Limited. Kunal's early career included a project internship at 3M India focused on supply chain optimization and a role at GVK Emri in emergency management. Kunal holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Gauhati University and an PGDM in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from ISBR Business School.
