Kunlin Cao

Kunlin Cao is a Senior Applied Scientist at Amazon, specializing in the development of AI systems that integrate machine learning, natural language processing, and computer vision for applications such as Ads recommendation systems. With a rich background in medical image analysis and a history of securing regulatory approvals for AI healthcare products, Kunlin has successfully transitioned research prototypes into market-ready solutions. Prior to Amazon, they held leadership roles at Keya Medical and contributed significantly to projects at GE Global Research and the University of Iowa. Kunlin holds both a Master of Science and a Doctor of Philosophy in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Iowa.
