Kyla Smith

Kyla Smith is an Operations Engineering Regional Manager with a strong background in engineering within the consumer goods and utilities industries. Kyla has gained extensive experience in process engineering through positions at Essity and Amazon, among others. They hold a Master’s of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from the University of Louisville. Previously, Kyla has completed engineering co-op roles at LG&E and KU Energy LLC, 3D Engineering Solutions, and Louisville Water Company, where they developed skills in data analysis, project management, and operational efficiency.
