Lakshmi Narayanan

Lakshmi Narayanan is currently the Head of Operations at Amazon Pay India, where they lead efforts in system and process design, settlement operations, and transaction monitoring. With over two decades of experience in banking operations, they previously held senior roles at Citibank, including Senior Vice President and Head of Wealth Management, and at Standard Chartered Bank, where they managed operations across multiple regions. Lakshmi holds a B.Com degree and is pursuing Chartered Accountant certification from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
