Lan Clemans

Lan Clemans has a diverse background in project and program management, with experience across multiple sectors including education, technology, and customer engagement. At Zillow, Lan served as a Project Lead for the implementation of the Workday Recruiting system, collaborating directly with the Chief People Officer. Previously, as the International Alumni Relations Manager at the University of Washington, Lan spearheaded the university's inaugural international alumni program, significantly increasing participant engagement. While at Amazon Web Services, responsibilities included managing over 400 C-level engagements and developing the go-to-market strategy for key markets. Lan's career began at Euromonitor International as a Market Research Analyst, following a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from the University of Washington.
