Lance Kent

Lance Kent is an accomplished economist with extensive experience at Amazon since July 2016, where roles have included Principal Economist, Senior Economist, and Economist. Prior to Amazon, Lance served as an Assistant Professor of Economics at William & Mary from August 2012 to July 2016, focusing on teaching Intermediate, International, and Advanced Macroeconomics. Lance holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Economics from Northwestern University, obtained between 2005 and 2012, and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics with Plan II honors from The University of Texas at Austin, completed in 2005.
