Lanfeng Pan

Lanfeng Pan is a Senior Manager at Amazon, where they lead a science team focused on AI agent development and LLM reinforcement learning. They have held several roles at Amazon, including Applied Scientist and Sr. Applied Science Manager, since joining in 2018. Previously, Lanfeng interned at Novartis and worked as a Statistician at Eli Lilly and Company. Lanfeng received their Ph.D. in Statistics from Iowa State University, where they also served as a Research Assistant, and holds a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Statistics from Renmin University of China.
