Lara Moore

Lara Moore possesses significant experience in operations management and strategic sourcing, with a career spanning from 2008 to the present. Moore began as Operations Manager at Premiere Property Preservation, successfully growing the team from two to over 75 employees while implementing effective business strategies. In a recent role as Statewide Strategic Sourcing Manager for the State of Oklahoma, Moore developed procurement policies to optimize costs. As Founder and Owner of One Faith Boutique, LLC, Moore established the company's mission and operational procedures. Innovations continued in the role of Litigations Support Manager at Arnold & Smith Law, where leadership was demonstrated in managing a large team and enhancing contracting processes. Additionally, Moore has contributed to various women's organizations as a public speaker, promoting business knowledge and empowerment. Moore is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts degree in Family Life/Family Relations/Family Development at Oklahoma Christian University.
