Laura Legel is the Director of Operations and Science Partner Support for Artificial General Intelligence at Amazon. Laura has previously held several roles at Amazon, including HR Executive for Finance & Global Business Services and Senior Manager of Global Data Center Safety and Environmental Health at AWS from 2012 to 2016. Earlier in their career, Laura served as the Manager of Environmental Health and Safety at Precor from 2007 to 2012. They earned a Master's degree in Science Education with a focus on Sports Medicine from Old Dominion University between 2000 and 2002.
