Laura Zimbaldi is a results-focused project management leader with over a decade of experience optimizing creative project workflows across various industries, including tech, banking, insurance, healthcare, and luxury retail. Throughout their career, Laura has excelled in user-centered solutions and technical program management, fostering thriving environments for cross-functional teams. They have operated independently in remote partnerships and have held leadership roles in Learning & Development, focusing on areas such as onboarding, DEI, and team culture. Currently, Laura serves as a Senior UX Design Program Manager at Amazon, building on their extensive background that includes roles at companies such as HUGE, Inc. and frog design. Laura holds a BA in Architecture from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Master's in Design Management from Pratt Institute.
