Laurie Brown is an accomplished leader in employer branding, talent attraction, and people strategy, with over a decade of experience in various strategic roles. They have served as the Employment Brand Manager at Highmark Health and the Global Employer Brand & Candidate Engagement Manager at Booz Allen Hamilton, where they developed and implemented innovative employer branding campaigns. Currently, Laurie is the Senior Manager of Global People, Culture & Communications Strategy at Amazon, spearheading comprehensive strategies to enhance employee engagement and drive talent attraction efforts. They hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology & Communication from the University of Southern California.
