Lawrence Monk

Lawrence Monk is a Program Manager at Amazon, where they currently leverage their experience in field operations and store management to drive excellence in execution and customer satisfaction. Lawrence previously served as a Field Operations Specialist and achieved distinction as the first multi-site and tri-site store manager for Amazon Fresh in the UK, having successfully launched the first Amazon Fresh store outside of the USA. Prior to their roles at Amazon, they managed diverse teams at Sainsbury's, earning accolades such as 'Convenience Store of the Year' for their region in 2016. Lawrence holds a Bachelor of Science in Geography from Kingston University and a National Diploma in Guitar from The Academy of Contemporary Music.
